AGI.ML provides sports data, statistical modeling, and AI-generated analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to place any bet or a guarantee of any outcome or financial return.
You must be at least the legal age for wagering in your jurisdiction (18 or 21 depending on location) and legally permitted to use such a service where you reside. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
Access is sold as time-limited passes or recurring memberships as described at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or redistributed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and access durations are shown before purchase. Because access delivers digital information immediately, all sales are generally final except where required by law. Recurring memberships renew until canceled.
You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or resell content; not to reverse engineer the Service; and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any analysis is accurate, complete, or profitable. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGI.ML is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from your use of the Service. You assume full responsibility for any wagers you choose to place.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
